This document was last updated on March 23, 2026.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

UltraReach Internet Corporation is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the suite of tools we provide including the Ultrasurf Windows Client, Ultrasurf Android VPN, Ultrasurf iOS VPN, and Ultrasurf Chrome Extension. By using these tools, you acknowledge, fully understand, and freely consent to UltraReach Internet Corporation’s Privacy Statement.

2. PRIVACY STATEMENT

To protect our users’ privacy and safety, UltraReach Internet Corporation does not require users to provide personally identifiable information to use our tools. Users can download our tools and use them freely without disclosing their personal information. Therefore, UltraReach Internet Corporation does not collect any personally identifiable information from its users.

To protect our users’ privacy and safety, UltraReach Internet Corporation does not keep logs of users’ personally identifiable information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses, websites visited, or search queries.

Specifically for the Ultrasurf Chrome Extension and VPN clients, we do not collect, monitor, or store any of your web browsing activity or web history. The only exception is when a user explicitly enables the optional Safe Browsing feature, which performs real-time URL checks as described below.

Safe Browsing Feature (Chrome Extension)

The Ultrasurf Chrome Extension includes an optional Safe Browsing feature. This feature is disabled by default and is only activated after the user provides explicit consent.

When Safe Browsing is enabled, the extension sends the current page URL (and referrer, if available) to UltraReach’s security service solely for the purpose of checking whether the page is associated with phishing, malware, scams, or other unsafe content.

This information is used in real time for threat detection only. It is not used to identify users, is not associated with persistent identifiers, and is not stored as browsing history.

Users can disable the Safe Browsing feature at any time in the extension settings.

Aggregate and/or De-identified Data

In an ongoing effort to better understand visitors to our Website (such as ultrasurfing.com), we might analyze website visitor information in aggregate and/or de-identified form to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Website. This aggregate and/or de-identified information does not identify you personally, and this analytics collection does not apply to the web traffic routed through our VPN tools or Chrome Extension. We may share this aggregate website data with our service providers, affiliates, agents, business partners, and other third parties. We may also disclose aggregated and/or de-identified user statistics to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

3. CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

UltraReach Internet Corporation has the discretion to occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the top of this Privacy page. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about how we are helping to protect our users’ safety and privacy. Your continued use of the services constitutes your agreement to this privacy statement and any updates.
